I bought this frame about 9 years ago, right after my oldest daughter was born for about 25.00 on eBay I think. At that time I had no idea what I was going to do with it, other than that someday I might give it to her. A few weeks ago we were cleaning out our storage unit and she saw it, asked what it was for, so I yanked it out, and did a quick visual size up on her, and finally, after 9 years, it’s close enough that I think its time to build it.
25 June 2012 Update—
SO that was written a few months ago, her bike is now built, and very creatively I must say. She has disk brakes up front, cantilevers in the rear, very nice build over all. I need to finish a few things yet, bit all in all she likes it, and I like it.
